From the LMP: Our Fiber Repair teams have ran into issue with one of the fibers and have had to push their ETR back. They are still working on the repair. The new estimated time for service to be restored is 10:00 PM CST .

The LMP has located fiber damage on 288ct underground fiber. Fiber crews are enroute with an ETA of 2:30:00 PM US/Central. The current ETR \(Expected Time to Resolution\) is 5:30:00 PM US/Central.

Their fiber repair teams are in the field working to isolate the issue and determine the quickest plan to restore service. Based on historic fiber repair times in your area, they estimate service will be restored within 10 hours.
